Important Legal Information

Voice data is considered biometric information under various state and federal laws (Illinois BIPA, Texas CUBI, etc.). By proceeding, you provide explicit written consent for us to collect, process, and store your voice biometric data for the sole purpose of AI voice cloning in your generated music videos.

Voice Ownership: I confirm that I own the voice samples I am uploading, or I have explicit legal permission from the voice owner. I will not upload voice samples of others without their written consent.

AI Processing Consent: I grant Ghaafeedi Music permission to process my voice biometric data using AI voice cloning technology (Controlla Voice) for the purpose of generating personalized music vocals.

Secure Storage: I understand that my voice data will be encrypted and stored securely. I may request deletion of my voice profile at any time by contacting support.

No Misuse: I understand that voice cloning may only be used for my personal cinematic music videos and not for impersonation, fraud, or any illegal purposes. Misuse may result in account termination and legal action.

By clicking "I Consent", you provide legally binding written consent as required by biometric privacy laws. This consent is recorded with a timestamp and IP address for compliance purposes.
