Third-Party AI Services & Content Generation

By using Ghaafeedi Music, you acknowledge and agree that:

Ghaafeedi Music utilizes third-party artificial intelligence providers and cloud services to process your uploaded content, generate personalized music, create cinematic videos, perform emotional analysis, and deliver creative outputs.

Your photos, videos, stories, prompts, and audio may be securely transmitted to authorized AI generation systems, cloud hosting providers, media rendering services, and other infrastructure partners necessary for platform operation.

You consent to this secure AI-assisted processing as necessary to receive the creative services offered by Ghaafeedi Music.

Ghaafeedi Music does not sell your personal memories or emotional content to advertisers or third parties for marketing purposes unrelated to service delivery.

AI-generated content may contain variations, creative interpretations, and artistic outputs that differ from literal source material due to the nature of generative AI technology.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ghaafeedi Music ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. AI-Generated Content Disclosure

All music, lyrics, and video content generated through the Service is created using artificial intelligence technologies. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Content is AI-generated and may not be unique
  • The Service uses third-party AI providers (Suno, Veo, Runway, etc.)
  • Generated content may be subject to AI provider terms
  • You are responsible for verifying content does not infringe third-party rights

3. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon full payment, you receive a license to the generated content. However:

  • You retain ownership of your submitted stories and personal data
  • AI-generated music and video remain subject to AI provider licensing
  • Commercial use may require additional licensing
  • The Service retains the right to use anonymized data for improvement

4. Voice Cloning Consent

If you opt into voice cloning features:

  • You must own or have legal rights to the voice samples uploaded
  • You grant us permission to process your voice for AI generation
  • Voice data is stored securely and encrypted
  • You may request deletion of voice profiles at any time
  • Misuse of voice cloning for impersonation is strictly prohibited

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

  • Generate content that violates laws or third-party rights
  • Create deepfakes or impersonate others without consent
  • Submit hateful, violent, or illegal content
  • Bypass usage limits or abuse the platform
  • Resell or redistribute AI-generated content without proper licensing

6. Payment & Refunds

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Refunds are subject to our refund policy and may be granted at our discretion for technical failures or undelivered content.

7. Privacy & Data Usage

Your privacy is important. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for AI-generated content accuracy, copyright issues, or third-party claims arising from your use of generated content.
